And, everyone who knows me, knows of my passion for France and Paris~and now, it is one of my daughter's as well! |
The decorations (Oyster Pearls) include French Dragees I purchased from India Tree |
While in Ballards Design, I found sheets of paper with Parisian captions to place behind the cookies. |
This is the beginning of a beautiful life for two very special people~Our families are thrilled to announce the engagement! Congratulations you two! |

exciting! what a beautiful post :) congratulations!
What a delightful celebration! My daughter and s-i-l were engaged at the top at midnight when the lights all twinkle... le sigh
They have returned several times since and now contemplate taking their children. The seven-year-old can even tell the story about his parents becoming engaged.
Best wishes to them. Save me one of those TE cookies! miam-miam!

How lovely, haven't visited your blog for a long time but congratulations to your daughter and her fiance. We've just returned from 3.5 weeks in France and I think the four of us have started a little love affair with the country ourselves.
Congratulations:) I loved my daughters weddings and proposals..Lovely lovely packages..
Get ready for tears of joy:)
;-) well Jann I hope it's also the beginning of a beautiful family for all. I know many may say it's old fashioned for the man to ask for your daughter but I think it give you a wonderful clue to his understanding of what "family" really means! Congratulations to all.
